Gurpreet Singh Oberoi

Gurpreet started his FMCG career in Y1998 when he joined Gulf International and since then has continued to grow up the ranks and for the past 10 years has been Division Head for Henkel Sales Division. This amazing journey reflects the ethos of the organization in terms of identifying talent and grooming individuals on a progressive career path. His success is driven by his ability to build strong collective relationships over the years with Trade & Brand Partners, and Team Members in the organization coupled with in-depth knowledge of FMCG universe in UAE. Under his leadership, sales and market share have grown exponentially over the past many years further cementing the 4-decade long relationship between Henkel and Gulf International.
Zoheb Shahnawaz Panwelkar
Divisional Manager - J&J Div.
Zoheb is a sales & marketing professional having 17 years of experience in GCC and India, He joined Gulf International in Y2020 as Division Head for Johnson & Johnson Sales Division. His prior work experience was with Beiersdorf, Pepsi, P&G and Kimberly Clark. Zoheb has brought in significant positive transformation in terms of sustainable YOY sales growth and effective utilization of spends to achieve desired ROI leading to Gulf International being awarded “Silver Distribution Partner for Y2021” by Johnson & Johnson in addition to multiple other awards for best-in-class execution during the year 2022.
Kamran Mirza
Divisional Manager - Syndicated Division
Kamran Mirza joined Gulf International as the Head of Syndicated Division with the vision of creating value for the existing partners and building a strong portfolio to drive sustainable and profitable growth for the company. Kamran is a dynamic FMCG professional with solid management and leadership credentials acquired over 18 years of experience in sales and marketing. He started his FMCG career with Nestle Pakistan Limited, where he worked across multiple functions and held senior management roles at key regions/channels in Pakistan.
Sajjad Baig
Commercial Manager
Sajjad is a sales & marketing specialist having 25 years in-depth experience of UAE FMCG market. He has been associated with Gulf International for past 14 years and heads Commercial, Trade Marketing & E-Commerce. He was instrumental in creation of dedicated E-Commerce Team and has delivered significant growth YOY in this fast growth trade channel. His leadership, man-management and delegation skills while keeping his teams motivated in a high demanding work environment has led to Brand Partners recognizing Gulf International as a business partner delivering excellence in execution.
Aslam AL Labeeb
Head of Supply Chain & I.T
Aslam is a multi-disciplined professional having been assigned multi-dimensional tasks over a career spanning 30 years out of which last 26 years have been with Gulf International. He is currently Department Head for Supply Chain & IT. He has in the past implemented SAP and recently been instrumental in conceptualizing and leading effective completion of WMS and made it possible to go live in 6-months record time. Beyond his job role, he is leading Gulf International automation process to bring in greater efficiencies to help us better serve our Brand & Trade Partners. His interpersonal skills facilitate people management to work towards a common goal.
Ahsan Ahmed
Account Manager
Ahsan has been with Al Batha Group for the past 24 years involved in diversified business entities in multiple successful roles within Printing, Packaging and FMCG. He joined Gulf International in Y 2019 as Accounts Manager and is responsible for Finance Operations. His involvement has led to identification of many cost economization efficiencies, productivity enhancement of the Team and improvement in service levels and response time to internal and external stakeholders.
Rajesh Mampayil
Head of Business Development
Rajesh is a seasoned professional in the field, bringing a wealth of 28 years experience to our organization. As the newly appointed Head of Business Development, Rajesh is set to explore onto new horizons. His robust expertise in FMCG Sales and Distribution has played a pivotal role in the evolution and seamless integration of renowned brands. Rajesh's journey is adorned with significant achievements, having enhanced his skills building with well-known brands and organizations. His profound knowledge encompasses a spectrum of strategic areas including Brand Building, Category Management, Strategic Planning, Key Account Management, and People Management.
Arif Qadeer
General Manager
FMCG veteran, having 31 years of experience in KSA, UAE & Canada with blue chip brands in distribution and retail companies. His association with Gulf International has been for the past 16 years and has been leading as General Manager for the past 4 years. Gulf International Team looks to Arif as a mentor who leads by example, empowers by imparting knowledge and ensures that achievement linked to enhanced competencies translate into progressive career growth within the organization. His in-depth knowledge of FMCG industry and far-sightedness prompted Gulf International to set up a dedicated team in Y2018 to handle the fast-growing E-Commerce platform. His vision for GI is to build new and fruitful partnerships while retaining existing alliances and more importantly providing Excellence in Service to all existing Brand and Trade Partners to ensure they become Brand Ambassadors for Gulf International
Zeeshan Ahmed
Chief Financial Officer
Zeeshan is a senior UK qualified finance professional with a diversified experience of over 21 years. Prior to joining Albatha Group in 2014, he was associated with KPMG, Siemens, and PwC. He joined Gulf International in 2021 after spending a considerable amount of time in AGMC (automotive business) and Corporate Head Office of the Albatha Group. Zeeshan has hands-on knowledge and experience of business strategy, setting up / closure of businesses, feasibility assessments, organizational restructuring, shareholder / board management & negotiations, ERP implementation, expense rationalization etc. He has a unique acumen to act as a solution provider for complex commercial challenges and find pragmatic solutions in the best interests of the company. He is leading various operational and business excellence initiatives to improve customer service, productivity, and processes in the company.
